You won't want to miss this year's Keynote Speakers, sponsored by Central Kansas Orthopedic Group, a part of the University of Kansas Health Systems. Great Bend business owner, author, speaker, leadership coach, Dr. Nels Lindberg along with his son, Nash, will deliver a powerful story of resiliency and the power of positive thinking, prayer, friends and family. After a near fatal accident left Nash Lindberg wondering if he would ever walk again, the Lindberg family turned all of their focus to Nash and his recovery.

Locally, Dr. Nels owns Animal Medical Center but has pursued his passion in coaching and guiding people from all walks of life. He is a successful veterinarian feedlot consultant working to dive deeper into the people aspect of the feedyards he consults. He is also a founding partner in multiple other businesses working to provide his people growth and development skills, leadership practices and development, as well as tactical and strategic thought processes to those partnerships. Dr. Nels is a sought-after speaker on business, life, and leadership. He consults entrepreneurs and businesses on those topics as well as diving deeper into daily tactics, and future strategic planning for the business and its people.

Dr. Nels will also introduce his fellow business owners to his new book, Hiring & Firing, the Ultimate Guide! Real-life, practical, and every day hiring wisdom from over 15 years in the trenches, and a lifetime of observations!
