Shop Talk in 90: S.W.O.T. Deep Dive with Kimberly Becker

The Great Bend Chamber is excited to announce our next Shop Talk in 90 event titled "SWOT Deep Dive". This 90-minute event is designed to help anyone learn about the importance of conducting a SWOT analysis and how it can benefit you personally and your business, programs, staff, etc.

Chamber Members can attend this luncheon for just $20 with lunch and dessert included. Delgado's will be catered in. Non-Members are also invited to attend for $25.

Kimberly Becker, Move Your Mountain Coaching, will facilitate this packed session and dive deeper with everyone on areas you'd like to perform the SWOT on. Attendees will work on their individual SWOT analysis and should come prepared to be open and vulnerable. Attendees will be able to choose an area of their life to work through during this session: organization, team/group/department, dreams, goals, new programming, new service offering, etc.

If you're not familiar with SWOT, it stands for Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats. By conducting a SWOT analysis, business owners and staff, alike, can identify what their company does well, where they can improve, what opportunities are available in the market, and what potential threats could harm their business.

Understanding these factors can help business owners make informed decisions, develop strategic plans, and improve their overall performance in the marketplace. Whether you're a startup or an established business, a SWOT analysis is an essential tool that should be utilized regularly.

    About the Facilitator:
Kimberly Becker is a devoted wife and mother of four daughters, including one who she lovingly adopted, as well as a proud grandmother of eleven grandchildren aged 3 to 17. She relishes spending time in the great outdoors, riding motorcycles, keeping fit, and honing her shooting skills.
Over the course of three decades, Kimberly has empowered and led individuals through various positions. In 2013, she answered the call to entrepreneurship and established a nonprofit organization with multiple facets, serving as its CEO for nine and a half years. During that time, she also assumed the helm of another nonprofit, steering it towards profitability before eventually merging the two entities.
In 2019, Kimberly felt she had hit a personal and professional plateau and, after discovering the transformative power of coaching, sought coaching certification to help others overcome similar obstacles. Thus, she founded Move Your Mountain Coaching & Consulting.
Kimberly is a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation, with more than 825 hours of experience in individual, group, and team coaching. She is also a practitioner with the Kansas Leadership Center's leadership competencies and partners with the Golden Belt Community Foundation to lead community leadership programs. Kimberly relishes working with teams and organizations to provide leadership training, facilitate board retreats, resolve conflicts, cast visions, devise strategic plans, and help clients navigate obstacles that impede their growth and fulfillment.
At the heart of Kimberly's values is a desire to help individuals feel seen, heard, and valued, and to unleash their untapped potential. She channels this passion into her speaking engagements, coaching, consulting, teaching, and facilitation.
