NextGen Leader of the Year
FUEL Barton County, the young professional program of the Great Bend Chamber of Commerce, is proud to present the NextGen Leader of the Year Award. Established in 2012, this award celebrates emerging leaders who are making a significant impact in their workplace and the community.
We invite you to nominate individuals who exemplify leadership, innovation, and dedication to the Great Bend area. Additional criteria include:
- Must be affiliated with a member of the Great Bend Chamber of Commerce.
- Must have lived in the Great Bend service area for at least three years.
- Demonstrates leadership both in their work environment and the community.
- Actively creates a meaningful and positive impact in the community, exemplifying the qualities of a rising leader.

Nominations for the 2024 NextGen Leader of the Year Award must be received by Friday, December 13th, 2024.
