DESCRIPTION:Central Kansas Nonprofit Network Invites Nonprofit Leaders To Quarterly Meeting of Taskforce\n\n\n\nThe Central Kansas Nonprofit Network\, a taskforce of Central Kansas Partnership\, will hold its quarterly meeting on Wednesday\, July 22\, 2026\, from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Barton Community College\, Room F-30. The event will feature a networking social followed by a collaborative meeting focused on building stronger connections among nonprofit organizations across the region.\n\n\n\nAll nonprofit leaders\, staff\, and community partners are invited to attend this important gathering as the taskforce continues developing a framework for collaboration\, resource sharing\, and collective impact. \n\n\n\n"We're building a grassroots alliance that operates on the principle that collaboration builds stronger communities\," said Ashley Hickman\, CKNN committee member. "This taskforce will focus on exploring service overlaps and identifying opportunities to work together so we can stretch community dollars and maximize impact for those we serve."\n\n\n\nThe morning will begin with a networking social from 8:00 to 9:00 AM\, offering nonprofit professionals the chance to connect over coffee and refreshments. The formal meeting from 9:00 to 11:00 AM will explore collaboration opportunities\, discuss shared challenges\, and continue shaping the network's mission and vision.\n\n\n\nOne of the most common requests we hear from community members\, organizations\, businesses\, and other partners is for a comprehensive Community Resource Guide. This meeting will focus on building that guide and we need your voice at the table.\n\n\n\nIf you haven't completed the Resource Guide survey yet\, please do so before the meeting. The information you provide will become the foundation of this resource. https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/82CN868\n\n\n\nWe'll also discuss a regional Community Needs Assessment that Golden Belt Community Foundation is working on\, and the idea of collaborating on community events and ensuring that we aren't overlapping one another\, along with other ways we can continue strengthening collaboration across Central Kansas.\n\n\n\nMore than 50 organizations participated in our last meeting. We hope you'll join us on July 22 and help create a resource that will benefit our entire community.
