For 3 weeks from March 23rd-April 13th\, Heartland Farm will be hosting 9-12 AmeriCorps volunteers from the National Civilian Community Corps (NCCC)\, the national version of Peace Corps\, as they work on projects at the farm! Enjoy a cup of coffee\, connect with others and stay in the know about what's happening in our vibrant community. Doors open at 9:00 AM\, and the program begins at 9:30 AM. Let's kick off the day together!\n\n\n\nHeartland Farm is an easy 13 miles west of Great Bend. From the 4-way stop at 10th and Patton (where Highway 56 turns south)\, drive westward for 13 miles on W Barton County Road. When the pavement ends\, continue west for another mile on good gravel road. Turn left at CR 390 (look for our sign) and continue for 1/2 mile.
