DESCRIPTION:The Longitudinal Early-Onset Alzheimer's Disease Study (LEADS) and the Alzheimer's Association are pleased to announce the LEADS Family Meeting for patients\, families and caregivers impacted by early-onset dementia. The conference will be held virtually on Saturday\, September 7 2024 and will offer attendees information and opportunities to share insights and experiences with each other as well as with researchers in the field.\n\n\n\nThe Family Meeting is intended for individuals who have early onset mild cognitive impairment or dementia and family and friends who support those living with early onset dementia.
