During the job fair\, job seekers will benefit from specialized breakout sessions led by experts from KansasWorks\, Barton Community College\, and seasoned career coaches\, focusing on the essential soft skills needed to thrive in today's job market.\n\n \n\nThe luncheon will feature keynote speaker Phillip Kelley\, Founder of Purpose-Driven Coaching\, Overcomer Academy\, and Iceberg Leadership\, and former team Chaplain/Character Coach for the Kansas City Chiefs. Phillip will share his insights on leadership\, purpose\, and overcoming challenges in the workplace\, aiming to motivate and inspire all attendees.\n\n\n\nAttendees will have the opportunity to explore the various resources available to the business community\, gain new insights through workforce sessions\, and connect directly with local employers during the Job Fair.
