DESCRIPTION:This training is open to all agencies that provide assistance during disaster recovery\, including non-government organizations\, community groups\, charities and all levels of government   city\, county\, and state. This training for Barton and Surrounding County Agencies (Non-government and Government partners) is sponsored by Barton County Emergency Management\, United Way of Central Kansas\, RSVP/Volunteers in Action\, and Central and Western Kansas Chapter of the American Red Cross.
