DESCRIPTION:The Relay for Life team from Heartland Cancer Center is hosting a 5K Run/Walk for Saturday\, September 16th to benefit Relay for Life\, which supports the American Cancer Society. The professionally timed race event will start and finish at Veterans Memorial Park in Great Bend. Registration opens at 7 a.m.\, with a shotgun start at 8 a.m. Medals will be awarded in five age groups\, with prizes for the top male and female finishers overall. Registration is $25 before September 1st\, which includes an event t-shirt. After September 1st\, registration increases to $35 per person and t-shirts are not guaranteed. Registration will also be available on the day of the race.\n\n\n\nAdditional donations can be made through our online form to benefit the Relay for Life Team led by the Heartland Cancer Center. All proceeds benefit Relay for Life\, a national initiative for the American Cancer Society.
