"All the money we raise stays in our local communities and directly helps our neighbors."\n\n\n\nProceeds from the Sunrise Campaign are used for children's programs\, as well as wheelchair modifications\, communications devices\, and help with medical and dental bills.\n\n\n\n"These are among many items that are not covered by insurance or tax revenues\," Oetken explained.
