The Barton Community College Theatre Department will hold auditions for its spring production of the new musical “Sing, Sing Blues,” by Barton Psychology Instructor Eric Smith at 2 p.m. Nov. 2 and 3 in the Fine Arts Auditorium, and all roles and technical positions will be cast on those two days.
The story centers around a group of men housed in the historic Sing Sing prison in New York. Roles will include the six inmates and four of their wives. Anyone 18 and over will be considered. Those auditioning do not need to prepare anything but will need to dress comfortably to move and dance.
