Cycling, Craft Beer, and Charitable giving, a first of its kind event for Central Kansas! Bike Brew Q is a Cycling Event, Brew Expo, and Barbeque Truck amalgamation! Where else can you Cycle 62 miles, recover with BBQ and wash it down with the best craft brew around? Only at Bike Brew Q! This event is in support of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation! CFF has been working for years to cure cystic fibrosis and to provide all people with the disease the opportunity to lead full, productive lives by funding research and drug development, promoting individualized treatment and ensuring access to high-quality, specialized care.

7:30 am Metric Century (62 miles) Road Ride (BBQ style 62-72 miles)
7:30 am 30 mile Gravel Grinder (30-35 miles)
1:00pm - 4:00pm Craft Brew Expo

*********Cycling is optional, you can attend just the Craft Brew Expo if you would like. All event tickets are separate*********
Cycling Events: These are fun rides. This is not a race although a little friendly competition can not be discouraged. When you purchase a ticket for any of the cycling events you are entitled to participation in the event, use of the sag stops, and a t-shirt.
Craft Brew Expo: This is a friendly atmosphere for craft brew lovers or the curious to have the chance to try many of the different variety of beers offered by the many breweries in our state! When you purchase a ticket for this event you will receive a sampler glass and admission to Expo II to visit with breweries and try the beers they have provided.
Barbecue: There will be barbecue trucks available on the expo grounds with food for purchase!
EVENT DISCLAIMER
All participants of Bike Brew Q in support of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation are to conduct themselves by the following Code of Conduct:
Please be respectful to other patrons’ person, property, and well-being.
Damage to event grounds, event equipment or patrons’ personal property is not acceptable and every action should be taken to avoid doing so.
Attending inebriated will result in immediate expulsion from the event. This will be left to the discretion of the event staff and security. Refrain from “pre-gaming” before the Brew Expo.
Cycling Event Specific:
This event is not a race. Be safe and aware of your surroundings.
There will be SAG stops along the routes and you are expected to conduct yourself in a polite manner.
The cycling event is a self-supported ride. If you become injured or are unable to complete the route chosen, you will need to find your own way out of the presented situation. This includes physical, mental, mechanical and emergency events. We will have staff monitoring the rides and in the event of an emergency situation, we will call 911 if the need is apparent. Bike Brew Q and it's board members are not liable for any injuries or damage to equipment sustained during the rides. Cycling can be dangerous, please use your best judgment.
Brew Expo Specific:
Know your limits: If you become belligerent, action will be taken to have you removed from the event. If this action results in the need for police action, you will be responsible for any fees resulting from the event.
This too is not a race: Craft Brew Expos are not a race to see who can get drunk the quickest. Please enjoy the atmosphere provided and drink responsibly.
In the event that you become over-inebriated, you will no longer be served alcohol and instead be given coffee and an area to recover. It is at the discretion of event staff to determine if you are in fact over-inebriated and if your attendance will continue.
YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR GETTING HOME IN A SAFE AND RESPONSIBLE MANNER. Bike Brew Q along with the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and event staff are not legally responsible for any events that occur once you have left the event grounds. We will do everything in our power to ensure you leave the event in a manner that is within the constraints of the law and your personal well-being. If you suspect yourself to be too inebriated to drive, we will allow you to reside in a designated area until transportation arrangements can be made.
Bike Brew Q and its board members are not liable for any injuries sustained at the event, or on its grounds. Parties who wish to damage property at the event or on the expo grounds will be held accountable for their actions.
Breaking any of the above CoC or event bullet points will result in immediate expulsion from the event with a possible ban from future events.
Please conduct yourself in a manner that wouldn’t make your Grandmother think less of you!
