GBHA Landlord Meeting

The Great Bend Housing Authority (GBHA) is hosting a meeting for local landlords with properties within the City of Great Bend. This meeting will take place on Wednesday, February 25, 2026, at 2:00 PM, held at the Great Bend Event Center, located at 3111 10th Street in Great Bend, KS. During the meeting, GBHA Executive Director Lynn Fleming will discuss the new Section 8 policy and its advantages for landlords, which include a $500 signing bonus, reimbursement for unpaid rent, damages, and loss of rent, among other benefits.
