Giving Tuesday Celebration

The Golden Belt Community Foundation invites YOU to be a part of #GivingTuesday, a nationwide campaign promoting local giving to the causes YOU care about. The foundation has a variety of endowment funds that support local nonprofit organizations. This year for Giving Tuesday, we are setting a goal of 1,000 donors who share our vision for a community measured by its compassion. The monetary gifts donated between November 1st and November 28th as part of our month-long #GivingTuesday promotion will help build the endowed funds, that help local charities with long-term funding needs. As an added incentive, there is also a match pool of $25,000+ that will be matched proportionately to the total amount raised, which makes your gifts stretch even further! Plus, the match funds will be given to the charities right away for an immediate impact. We will bring together philanthropists to shape our communities’ future. November 28th is the official #GivingTuesday, and we hope all our donors and friends in Barton, Stafford, Pawnee, and Rush County will join us that evening for a special celebration from 5-7 p.m. at Great Bend Coffee. We will be serving up gourmet hors d'ouevres and holiday spirits to thank our donors, but also to celebrate the widest reaching #GivingTuesday to date!
