Several local businesses are joining together to show support and appreciation for all the first responders in Barton County with a special Movie Night on Tuesday, July 25th.
This event will be held at Golden Belt Cinema 6, located at the corner of Lakin & Kansas Avenue in downtown Great Bend, starting at 6:30 p.m.
Each first responder and a guest will enjoy a complimentary movie along with free soda and popcorn. The first responders will also receive a free gift from the presenting sponsors, which represent many of the major employers in the area.
The Movie Night is a private event for all firefighters, law enforcement officers, and emergency medical professionals in Great Bend, Hoisington, Ellinwood, Claflin, and Albert.
The theatre will be closed to the public on Tuesday, July 25th to accommodate these hometown heroes.
