Rural Health Fair
Heart of Kansas in partner with Sunflower Health Plan are hosting a Rural Health Fair to anyone in the community for FREE Dental Screenings , FREE Eye Exams as well FREE glasses. At the same time there will be booths from multiple organizations displaying there services as well raffle items.
