The Leader’s Lunchroom: October Session

Great Bend, KS — The Great Bend Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with Move Your Mountain Coaching and Consultation, invites community members to attend the October session of The Leader’s Lunchroom, a monthly leadership series designed to spark growth, connection, and courageous action.
The October gathering will take place on Tuesday, October 6, 2026, from 12:00–1:00 PM at the Great Bend Chamber Boardroom, located at 1125 Williams, Great Bend, KS 67530.

This month’s topic, "Leading Through Change: Steady Leadership in Seasons of Transition," explores how effective leaders can guide their teams through periods of uncertainty and change. Change is constant, but how leaders show up shapes how teams navigate uncertainty. During this session, attendees will discover practical tools to reduce resistance, build trust, and increase alignment while leading through transitions. Through meaningful discussion and actionable strategies, leaders will gain confidence in creating stability, fostering resilience, and helping their teams move forward with purpose, even during challenging seasons of change.

A featured coaching question for the session asks:
"How can you anchor your team in clarity when everything around them is shifting?"

This session will be led by Kimberly Becker, CEO of Move Your Mountain Coaching, alongside Megan Barfield, President of the Great Bend Chamber of Commerce, offering attendees a dynamic and engaging hour of insight, conversation, and connection.
