The Leader’s Lunchroom: November Session

Great Bend, KS — The Great Bend Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with Move Your Mountain Coaching and Consultation, invites community members to attend the November session of The Leader’s Lunchroom, a monthly leadership series designed to spark growth, connection, and courageous action.

The November gathering will take place on Tuesday, November 3, 2026, from 12:00–1:00 PM at the Innovation Center, located at 4508 Farmers Plaza Ln. Great Bend, KS 67530.
This month’s topic, "The Ripple Effect of Gratitude: Leading with Recognition and Appreciation," explores the powerful impact appreciation has on workplace culture and team performance. Appreciation fuels engagement and connection, creating an environment where individuals feel valued and motivated to contribute their best. During this session, leaders will explore meaningful, authentic ways to recognize effort, celebrate contributions, and inspire a stronger sense of belonging within their teams. Through thoughtful discussion and practical strategies, attendees will learn how consistent recognition can create a ripple effect that strengthens relationships, boosts morale, and fosters lasting organizational success.

A featured coaching question for the session asks:
"What’s one expression of gratitude you haven’t given — but need to?"

This session will be led by Kimberly Becker, CEO of Move Your Mountain Coaching, alongside Megan Barfield, President of the Great Bend Chamber of Commerce, offering attendees a dynamic and engaging hour of insight, conversation, and connection.
