The Leader’s Lunchroom: December Session

Great Bend, KS — The Great Bend Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with Move Your Mountain Coaching and Consultation, invites community members to attend the December session of The Leader’s Lunchroom, a monthly leadership series designed to spark growth, connection, and courageous action.
The December gathering will take place on Tuesday, December 1, 2026, from 12:00–1:00 PM at the Innovation Center, located at 4508 Farmers Plaza Ln, Great Bend, KS 67530.

This month’s topic, "Reflect, Release, Reimagine: Closing the Year with Insight and Intention," encourages leaders to pause before the start of a new year and intentionally reflect on the journey behind them. Rather than rushing into what's next, this session provides an opportunity to celebrate successes, acknowledge lessons learned, release habits or mindsets that no longer serve, and reimagine new possibilities for the future. Through meaningful discussion and practical reflection, attendees will leave with greater clarity, renewed purpose, and a stronger foundation for leading themselves and their teams into the year ahead.
A featured coaching question for the session asks:
"What do you need to release to step into next year with clarity and freedom?"

This session will be led by Kimberly Becker, CEO of Move Your Mountain Coaching, alongside Megan Barfield, President of the Great Bend Chamber of Commerce, offering attendees a dynamic and engaging hour of insight, conversation, and connection.
