Words and Music: Creative Collaboration and the Choral Arts
Acclaimed poet, author, and composer Charles Anthony Silvestri from 10:30-11:30 a.m. March 22 in the Fine Arts Auditorium, Silvestri will present “Words and Music: Creative Collaboration and the Choral Arts,” which will then transition into a performance of some of his literature by the Barton concert choir and select members of the Hoisington and Great Bend High School choirs at 12:30 p.m. This portion will allow a focused look at the background and writing process behind each work.
