A Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation, Kimberly is also a Harrison Certified Assessor & Debriefer, Mentor Coach, Retreat Facilitator, Leadership Practitioner, Speaker, Author, and Contract Coach for BetterUp.

As a wife, mother of four daughters, and grandmother to twelve, she cherishes family time, outdoor adventures, riding motorcycles, and staying active.

With over three decades of experience, Kimberly has led and empowered individuals through various roles. In 2013, she founded and led a multi-faceted nonprofit as CEO for nearly a decade, later orchestrating a successful merger. In 2019, she pursued coaching certification to help others overcome challenges, establishing Move Your Mountain Coaching & Consulting.

Having logged over 1,000 hours of coaching, Kimberly applies Kansas Leadership Center principles to community leadership programs, team coaching, and retreats. Passionate about empowering others, she resolves conflicts, casts visions, and helps clients achieve growth and fulfillment.
