Marketing Maven Launches NEW Grown Up Spirit Week Nationwide
Students everywhere get to dress up for fun, themed Spirit Weeks but WHY does the fun have to stop when we grow up!?
Let's have some fun at work!
Research shows that having fun at work has a positive impact on engagement, creativity, and purpose - increasing employee retention and reducing turnover. Because of this, Marketing Maven is excited to announce a NEW Grown Up Spirit Week that will take place annually the last week of March. For the first EVER event, Marketing Maven's past and present clients are among the first to know and are strongly encouraged to jump on board and participate! Your team can pick one, two, three, or all five days to dress up at work and compete for cool prizes! It's team building, it's great social media content, and it's guaranteed to boost employee engagement.
Prizes Galore Up for Grabs
Daily prizes will be awarded for the best-dressed teams with a special grand prize package for the best week-long participation! And for individuals, there will also be first place, second place, and third place prizes.

Teams are capped at 30 people. But if your whole company wants to participate, multiple departments can sign up as separate teams and compete against one another for even more fun. We will email you some helpful information you can send around the office and provide fun updates and prize announcements throughout the week.
