Join Sr. Annie Killian, OP, for a day dedicated to the "Nine Ways of Prayer", a beautiful, centuries-old tradition of connecting body and soul. What we’ll explore: ? Intuitive listening to the heart and body. ? Traditional Christian contemplation. ? St. Dominic’s "Nine Ways of Prayer" through poses, meditation, and song.
